From 12 midnight to 6 in the morning on Monday, 28-year-old Jordan Daniel Goggin went on a shooting spree in Langley City and the Township of Langley.

Goggin’s shooting spree left one person dead and at least two people injured. Due to the fact that Goggin was shooting other human beings, the police had to shoot and kill Goggin who, according to the police, targeted his victims. The police are in the process of determining how Goggin knew his victims and why it is that he targeted them.

At the moment, the police don’t believe Goggin’s relationship with the victims is gang related. And that is due to the fact that Goggin doesn’t have a criminal record.

According to the Vancouver Sun folks, the shootings occurred in an area that has a large homeless population. The police, however, stress that they have not determine whether some or all of the victims are homeless, and that they are still in the beginning phases of determining why Goggin targeted his victims.
