The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is warning folks not to eat raw oysters that were fished out of the water between January 16, 2023, and February 17, 2023 and then shipped from Baynes Sound, British Columbia.

If you so happen to have any raw oysters that came from Baynes Sound, British Columbia, then look on the package and throw away any raw oysters with any of the following numbers on the package : #0278744, #0278742, #0278741, #0278740, #1414396, #0319716, #1414456, #1414457, #1400483, #1411206, #1407063, #1408485, #0278739, #0278737, #1403139, #0278734, #1411153, and #1411195.

According to the FDA, raw oysters that are packaged in packages with one of those numbers and have been shipped from Baynes Sound, British Columbia are fill with the Norovirus.

And anybody who knows anything about the Norovirus knows that within 12 to 48 hours after getting it, it does quite a number on you.

The Norovirus has you sweating buckets of water, drooling like a rabid dog, and feeling too weak to move your bones. Then there’s the pain. Oh boy! The pain you feel is so bad that it’s like every inch of your body is being stuck by needles.

There you are lying down in bed, clinching your teeth and the sheets as beads of sweat roll down your forehead. As you’re lying down in bed with all of that pain seething throughout your body, you feel something churning in your stomach and something trying to escape your throat.
